Arabian Food

About Us

Arabian Lebanese cuisine

ARABIAN was founded in 2014 by brothers Samir and Farid Massud under the concept of Arabian Food Truck. It was the first Arabian food truck in the country, serving shawarma and sfijas as their specialty. They popularized it through large-scale and private events, offering a young, fast-paced, and on-the-go Arabic food concept.

Today, ARABIAN, in addition to its seven mobile food trucks, has two of its own restaurants, one located in the heart of Mendoza and the other in Planta Uno, Godoy Cruz Market. These restaurants offer a wide variety of high-quality Lebanese dishes based on recipes inherited by the owners.

Due to the strong customer acceptance, in 2020, the brand took on the challenge of expanding its business through its frozen Arabic food factory, positioning its products in various supermarkets across the country.

In 2023, ARABIAN began marketing franchises through both permanent locations and food trucks.

Reviews from our customers

It's a very good Arabic restaurant, it's been around for a few years and maintains the Lebanese and Arabic culture in general. The dishes are exquisite; no matter what you order, the flavor is always excellent.

An exceptional culinary experience in the heart of Mendoza. The service is extremely welcoming and the food is top-quality. I recommend trying the shawarma and the lamb sfijas! Also, for vegetarians, the hummus and falafel are delicious.

The service is excellent from the moment you walk in. The restaurant is divided into two parts: the front with a warm atmosphere. The food is very good, even if you're not used to tasting this type of food, it's just a matter of taking the plunge and losing your fear.
